Here at Snus Sports, we stand by the NO REFUND policy. If you as the customer, are dissatisfied with a product, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds. If you do return a product, your product will not be exchanged and you will not be issued a refund, unless we have spoken, and CLEARLY stated otherwise. 

If a customer changes their mind about their purchase, we will allow a 2 hour time period after exact time of purchase, to get in contact with us to alert us, and we will either change order or cancel order and issue a full refund.

2) Pick up - You pick up / We meet up from MY chosen location

3) Drop off - I drop off / We meet up from YOUR chosen location

Drop offs are subject to order size, time and other circumstances. Each delivery method's price is dependent on the quantity size of the order. To see prices for each delivery method, go to 'Shipping & Returns' at the bottom of the website page. 

 

If you'd like to proceed with option 2 or 3, instead of checking out, get in contact with us via whatever platform you'd like (Instagram, Email, Website Messaging etc.) and we can finish order with your chosen delivery method.
