Here at Snus Sports, we stand by the NO REFUND policy. If you as the customer, are dissatisfied with a product, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds. If you do return a product, your product will not be exchanged and you will not be issued a refund, unless we have spoken, and CLEARLY stated otherwise. 

If a customer changes their mind about their purchase, we will allow a 2 hour time period after exact time of purchase, to get in contact with us to alert us, and we will either change order or cancel order and issue a full refund.
